MARYLAND HANDGUN QUALIFICATION LICENSE (HQL) COURSE

MARYLAND RESIDENTS: Please note that this course is required prior to purchasing a firearm in the state of Maryland.

​This comprehensive four-hour course extensively covers the following topics:
