The decision to carry a concealed firearm is one of the greatest responsibilities a law-abiding citizen can choose to accept. The Virginia + Utah Concealed Carry Training Program is designed for individuals who already possess a foundational understanding of firearm safety and operation, such as graduates of our Virginia Introduction to Firearms Training Program or an equivalent firearms training course.

This comprehensive eight-hour Training Program prepares students to carry concealed with confidence, responsibility, and a mindset centered on avoiding conflict whenever possible.

At Assured Shot, we believe that education is a lifelong responsibility—not a single class. Our goal is not simply to help you obtain a permit, but to develop the knowledge, assurance, judgment, and responsibility necessary to carry a firearm with wisdom and integrity.

Throughout this comprehensive Training Program, students will develop a deeper understanding of:

Live-Fire Training

This Training Program includes a live-fire training session designed to reinforce safe firearm handling, marksmanship fundamentals, and responsible concealed carry techniques through practical application.

Students will receive individualized coaching to strengthen confidence, accuracy, and safe firearm manipulation under the guidance of a certified instructor.

• Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) training requirement

• Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit training requirement

• Utah fingerprinting for permit application

• Classroom instruction

A Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit provides lawful concealed carry recognition in 30+ states (subject to each state's reciprocity laws). Students are encouraged to verify reciprocity before traveling.

Training Program: $193

Range Fee: $25 (paid directly to Silver Eagle Group)

Ammunition is not included in the Training Program tuition.

Required Equipment

Eye and ear protection are required during the live-fire training session.

Students may use their own protective equipment or rent or purchase equipment directly from Silver Eagle Group.

Upon successful completion of this Training Program, students will have fulfilled the training requirements for both the Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit and the Utah Non-Resident Concealed Firearm Permit.
